    Sune, why does the biga need to sit out overnight? Would it work if the biga is instead in a warm spot (84 farenheit) for a few hours?

    • Absolutely. Let it rise and start to deflate before using.

    Semolina Bread. Thank you so much for this video. My husband loves semolina bread (with sesame seeds on the crust!).
